iOS version not supported

 My phone under test has been upgraded to 13.4 version of iOS and testcomplete only supports till version 13.3

Any idea when will testcomplete support 13.4 version? I am using the latest version of testcomplete.

 

(I have disabled auto update now)

    Perhaps a general rule applies (X days after minor update of OS, Y days after majore update) ?

      pankajjain2050 TestComplete already supports this version of iOS, please contact support to get a patch from them.

        Thanks Sonya for your response but I am not able to contact support team. When I try to raise the ticket thru link you provided, it gives me error message on submitting request. This is the case from past few days. Can you help me here?
