Intelligent Quality PDF to Text - result sequence

Hi Team, We are trying to get the PDF content to text. Our PDF file most of them as form format.

I need to check my content in sequence, I tried to Intelligent Quality PDF to Text and the results text/content  are not in sequence as my PDF.

Please suggest.
