TestComplete can work with any SCC that provides support for Microsoft SCC API. So, it is a question to GIT if they use this API. Perhaps, there is a special provider that can help you set the connection up. You can google it: https://www.google.com/search?q=Microsoft+SCC+API+Git
Sometimes, some of such providers appear to be unstable, so the only way to find out is to try. For example, you can try this provider, and see how it goes:http://www.pushok.com/software/git.html
