Incorrect value retrieved by TestComplete from Powerbuilder datawindow

I am using TestComplete 10.2 and my application is developed using Powerbuilder v12.0. The issue I am facing is with datawindow. I have a datawindow where there are multiple rows and multiple columns....

Does the issue persist on TestComplete 10.30, the latest product version? Can you provide our Support team with the sample application where the issue is reproduced so that they could analyze what is going on?
