Images gets copied to Stores | Regions when images is added from different folder

Hi ,



I am having a Comman Images folder which is used in different projects .

For Region check point I am adding regions i am using Regions|Add|New Items .

After adding the regions , I am getting multiple copy of the same images i.e in comman folder and in Stores|Regions of the project .



Is there any way so that i can link the Region check point to the comman folders images  , so that there will be no duplicate copies of the Regions .



Whenever I check-In the project , I am check-In multiple copies of the same Images .

Please help me out .
