IE8.0 is stop working while invoking the IE object while executing the script

You need to profile iexplore.exe. Disregard the message you get as it concerns the Performance Profiler (it is selected by default). For the Exception Trace profiler, which you need to use to investigate the issue, this message does not mean anything.
