Identify buttons in IE9 Download Manager

We have 2 computers that run IE9, on one computer we can identify the "Open" and "Save" buttons that are located in the Download Manager of IE, but in the second computer we can identify only the window and not the buttons inside.



I thought that maybe it is related to the browser configuration but everything is the same.



The only difference is that the computer that can identify the buttons is 32bit and the one that doesn't identify is 64bit (though we run the 32bit version)



Has anyone encountered this or know what we can do to fix it?

    Hi Shani,



    I think, the DirectUIHWND class is not added to the MSAA project settings on the computer where buttons are not recognized. Please refer to the Project Properties - MSAA Options article to learn how to do this.
