I need active Test Complete key after create new profile on my machine

Hi team, I have license Test Complete key for my machine. Today, I upgrade my machine from Win 7 -> Win 10. However the IE browsers has problem and IT delete my profile, then they create new profil...

    I get support from SmartBear Customer Care. They provide me other file .c2v and new license key to active on my machine. Many thanks everyone :)
