I have a jscript project Suite - can I call a script from another Suite?

Suite 1(jscript) to call script 2 (vbscript) from Suite 2

if I have a project Suite written in vbs and I want to refer to a utility ther from a project Suite written in jscript can i do that?

No. Unless you make it into a script extension.
