I am using Test Complete 10 with IE10. Download a file fails

When I record the test and run it back all goes well until I reach the download file.  The "Notification Box' opens but the click on the "Save" button is not replayed and the test stops.   Any idea...

Hi Mark,

 

Can you post here the TestComplete code that clicks the Save button, as well as the message you get in the Additional Info tab of the error in the Test Log?

    Hi Tanya,

     

    Here is the code -

    toolBar1 ClickItem "Download", ... Clicks the 'Download' item of the 'toolBar1' bar.

     

    Here is the error message -

    The grid row's index 0 is out of bounds. 16:05:16 Normal

      Hi,

      Thanks for the info.

      If you open the Additional Info Tab when selecting the error message in the Test Log, you will get the detailed information about the error, as well as the possible solutions. Could you please check it?
