How to verify the stopped or running windows services.

Question

Hi,I have a test where I need to verify that if I run a.bat file to stop a service , the service stops and is no longer running.The name of service appears as "AppToService_Report2Web Router" and status is stopped.Can we&nbsp;code to verify this ?Thanks,Sumedha
