How to take the value of other child in the same parent list.

There is a list with multiple columns in there.

I can check 1 object to have the right line of the list.

However, after that, I want to take a value from the list with the same line I found.

How can I do that? For example, I can check buffer 24 is existed. If yes, how can I pull out the value of other column (ex: have value on column Total Loads
