How to skip the opening of testlogs, after testexecute has finished?

We are running centralized logging for our testcomplete suites, as we are moving our tests to a "headless" virtual machine park.

I then want to disable the opening of the mht testlog, in a web browser, when the test is done (As there is no people looking at it anyways)

I have tried the /el switch on testexecute9, to store the log in a specified file, but it still opens the web page.

Anyway to skip this?

  • Hello Thomas,

Please try using the following steps:

    1. Start TestExecute, right-click its icon in the system tray and select Options from the context menu.

    2. On the left of the ensuing Options dialog, select Engines | Log.

    3. Find the Activate after test run option and disable it.

Please let us know whether it helps and whether you have additional questions.

    Thank you.
