How to select the right tests automatically? (UnitTests)

I want to start a UnitTest project, but i want to add new test methods automatically (after adding a new test method to a class, without editing the TC project).

I used the option "Automatically load list of tests and run without selected tests" and deselected the right group. It works with that but, all the other methods in this group also started within that test. Is there a method to add load tests with a specific prefix or something like that? or another solution to automatically add the right tests ??
