    Um...  that sounds like an interview question...  like you're being asked to provide proof of your expertise with TestComplete in order to be hired...  especially the part about "Now create a loop and execute the testcases one by one sequentially."

     

    It would be dishonest and unethical for someone to provide you with the answers to this interview question since it would not be a true representation of your own skills and capabilities.

Basically, you want to create a framework which can take data from external files and based on the do your execution.
