How to run script1 on machine1 and script2 on machine2 parallely

I want to run  script1 on machine1 and script2 on machine2 parallely. Wanted a solution for the same apart from Network suite.

      Can we achieve this using Azur Devops? We have scenario where we need to login with 2 different users on different machines.

    If you have an agent on each machine, then it's possible.
