How to Restore corrupt Name Mapping file

My Name Mapping file got corrupt. Does anybody know how to restore a corrupt Namemapping file?

Hi,



 When I relaunched my TC, it gave me error ' your Name Mapping file is not valid to use'



 I haven't doe anything with the Name mapping file. Suddenly it started giving me the error.
