How is your Name Mapping file corrupt exactly? Can you describe the behavior you observe in detail?
If the file is physically damaged (overwritten, deleted, incorrectly modified by an external program, etc.), there's no way to restore it by using functionality TC provides other than creating a new Name Mapping scheme.
