How to record with full native object names generated

I have some scripts whose objects were recorded under 8.7, which were converted to 9.3. I would like to have my new script objects generated with full objects names instead of Aliases... In researchin...

Hi Harlan,

 


The Use extended find when possible option works for a different situation. Actually, the option you need is Map object names automatically. When this option is checked, TestComplete maps recorded objects and addresses to them via Aliases. However, judging by your screenshot, this option is disabled in your project. In this case, could you please post here the desired and actual test recorded by TestComplete.
