I compare the files using the aqFile.Compare(x, y).
I'm interested on the actual content and the formatting too.

Fyi the absolute bees knees comparer imho is this tool. We have the lower price version and its pretty incredible

However the commandline/api accessible version is quite pricey which is what you would want to use for automation.
