How to Open TestComplete 3 project suite file in TestComplete 8.10

I know that the file needs to be converted, but I can't see how to do that.  The error message I'm getting when attempting to open it is: "Cannot open the <file> file  because it is not a valid...

By recreating the projects, I'm guessing that it's only the main structural parts that need recreated (MDS, Script node, TestApps node, etc).  Script code units can probably be ported over easily as they are simply text files.  Keyword tests, I'm guessing, may need to be recreated as well.
