How to Manage Testcomplete License, When every test Execution requires to reinstall Operating system

The requirement is to do a OS Image testing. In the sense, the application has to be tested using testcomplete across various OS Images that are created in-house.    Questions are 1. Which license...

I would go with Floating License because this license type does not care how many times you uninstalled and installed the TestComplete - This is my point of view.
