how to judge the current language for non-Unicode programs
Hello,
This is a generic question about by which method we can check the language for non-Unicode programs. As can be seen from 2011-12-12 2-42-56 PM.png, we need judge the current language for non-Unicode programs and then call the corresponding operation.
Personally i try the sys.OSInfo.xxx, so far, i haven't find a sub-method to get this information.
Could you please shed some light here, thanks so much!
