How to initiate 'ALT' key press while running a script.

Hi All, I have a string which contains mdash and other keys which is parsed with alt key followed by a numeric values. example: for mdah the on screen key stroke is ALT + 0150            ...

I didn't exactly meant the answer posted by ali.

But the good news is that, I have found the solution to it.

user can initiate the alt key press by [Alt+numkeys]
