How to handle browser file downloads when the notification shows "Keep" and "Delete" in edge browser

Hello Team,   How to handle browser file downloads when the notification shows "Keep" and "Delete" in edge browser. Please check the screenshot attached.

Here are the Edge UI controls that are exposed to TestComplete, for that dialog.

 

I only download files that I trust, therefore, I don't interact with that dialog in TestComplete.
