How to check Excel data if MSOFFICE/MSEXCEL is not installed in the system

I want to Check & verify the Excel data which is being exported from my application(Desktop based). for which my system is not having any MS OFFICE/MS EXCEL application. How do I verify the excel data without having excel app in the system.

    Hi,

     

    What comes to my mind first is:

     

    1. Use LibreOffice,

    2. Save it with .csv extension

    3. Convert file online with converter tool
