You can set explict wait using Sleep() method like -
procedure Sleep100(SleepZ : Integer);
var StartValue : LongInt;
begin
StartValue := GetTickCount;
While ((GetTickCount - StartValue) <= (SleepZ * 10)) do
Application.ProcessMessages;
end;
or change default timeout by nevigative in TC
1- Tools --> Current project properties --> Payback [option] - change, Auto wait time out ms .....

Options.Run.Timeout := 5000;
