How do you Click a button with the Control key and Alt key pressed

I have a button that will do other features if the Control key and the ALT key are pressed when the user clicks the buttons. I have tried the Keys("[HOLD]~") and such but the documents state that the control or alt key are not pressed but the next key pressed after that has the control/alt key sent in with it. 

I have tried ("[Hold]^^[Hold]~~") in hopes that this will force these to be pressed. No luck. Any help on this is appreciated.

    Hi,



    The Click method has 3 parameters. The first two are coordinates, and the third is what you need (see the Click Action help topic). This allows you to simulate additional keys. Here's how you can do what you need:

     Actually... I want to keep pressed ctrl button for some time...may be for 5-10 sec, So How can I do it?
