I'd like to add that you guys do a fairly poor job of delivering the entirety of the necessary information to the end user (in almost every instance but using upgrading as a perfect example.
If I am going to get a pop up telling me that there is a new version - yes I know I can turn that off - if the process is not going to happen automatically once I am directed to your page there should be some instructions on how to upgrade and a download link. Not just a list of release notes. I get to that page, look at it and say, "great, now what the F*#@$ am i supposed to do? Why am i at this page?"
This list of new features and bug fixes is of only limited use.
Give me the full set of information the first time.
