How can I read cookie value using by frames

I need to check cookie value using by frames on browser. mean I need to check which server is currently my browser hitting this time so I can read that and can log into my test logs so we can get ex...

Actually I need to read data like what server is currently using so I can track log for any issue occur

To be more clear, what i'm manually perform

1) open chrome hit url

2) inspect >> Application>>Cookies>>url>>RoutID

I need this RoutID value . how can I get this value in my script

Please help.
