How can i identify object in a desktop application which has a crm application embedded ?

I havent received any help yet on this from Smartbear, so the issue is still on.

    Did you contacted with them via the https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete form? This form is the only and primary means to be used in order SmartBear Support to receive your message.
