How accurate is MemUsage?

Hi,



I've been using MemUsage to find out how much memory our program is using after certain actions. Our program uses QT objects and the Devs tell me this could sometimes confuse windows and the memory usage etc.. 





So my question is how accurate is it? Is there another way to get memory usage to compare?
