Got "Operating system not support" error

i got the "Operating ststem not supported" error while install Test Execute 9.20 in Windows 8 32 bit OS. it pop up this error when install Sentinel HASP run-time environment installer

That's strange. TestExecute 9.20 supports Windows 8. Make sure that you are using this exact version.


Try to install the HASP License Manager manually using this command:


c:\Program Files\Aladdin\HASP SRM\Redistribute\Runtime Environment\Setup\haspdinst.exe -i -nomaxosver
