Support for Google Chrome browser will appear in the forthcoming TestComplete 8.70. Its beta version is now available: http://smartbear.com/forums/forum/post/?mode=singleThread&thread=e8340637-7e63-4733-a5f6-61ba80fdc6bc. So, you may already try this functionality.
Unfortunately, the help provided with 8.70 Beta was not updated to reflect the specifics of Chrome support.
