Getting Verification failed message. Unable to create a user session

Hi,



Just started with distributed testing but unable to connect to another system in a same network.

Added a system in Networksuite ->Hosts ->host1 with all the details (except base and source path). 

While verifing getting the message as below.



"Verification failed (m/c name). unable to create a user session on the remote computer.



What could be the reason.
