Getting "error=13, Permission denied" when trying to set up client on Mac using Perforce

Hi Rajeshwari,

 


I've found out that you submitted the support ticket. Let me quote the answer from our Customer Care team here:


The super account on MAC OS is root, the error message cause is that collaborator GUI doesn't have system permission to access/run another program on your machine. And you will need to download perforce command line p4.exe. Collaborator doesn't work with p4v.exe.
