ForceConversion fails to convert from 10.20 to 11.30.

Hello,   We have 1895 projects we are looking to convert to TC11.  I scripted the conversion using the following command: "C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\TestComplete 11\Bin\TestComplete.exe" ...

The issue here was that the read-only flag was not cleared by our provider upon checkout.
