Hi Aryan,



As per http://support.smartbear.com/viewarticle/54942/ support for FF 4-9 ended with TC 9.0. So you may either upgrade the browser as was suggested by Tanya, or install TC 8 if you have appropriate license. (Note TC8 can co-exist on the same machine with TC10 without any problem.)
