Hi Alex,

I suppose you have Firefox multi-process mode enabled, which prevents some TestComplete features from working properly.

Please take a look at this Help article:

You supposed right!
This was my problem.
Once I changed the settings and reset Firefox I was able to deal with Alerts as before.
