File Comparison Screen Solid Black

Is anyone else seeing this?   When I have a file comparison of two text files result in an error, the File Comparison Result window is a dark, solid, black color, so that I can't see the text. If I...

    I think it's for the SmartBear support team.

     

    You can also try it:


    1. reinstall TestComplete -> and check if it disappeared.
    2. try to change color of your IDE style
    3. try to run it on another machine.

     

    However, the best solution will be to create a request for support. You may not be the only one with this problem.

I contacted support and they replied quickly with a patch for this issue.
