I just can tell, that I observe many many crashes of explorer.exe on all my Windows 10 pcs where TestComplete 11 is used.
* The crashes occurr ~10 times a day (rough estimation)
* Afterwards the search bar and Start-button (or how is the button bottom left called?) are not working any longer
* Explorer.exe then has to be killed via taskmanager and restarted

Can you give us below information.
1. TC version used
2. Windows 10 Build version used.
3. Does the user has Admin Access??

I already opened a support case for this and support told me that since the November-update of Windows 10 (Threshold 2) this is a known problem regarding TestComplete and Windows 10.
Until now they do not have any solution for this.
