Excel VBA Application

As mentioned in the above URL, it is observed that it had not mentioned support for Microsoft Excel 2003 applicatons developed using Visual Basic For Applications (VBA).

Does TestComplete 9.1 support Excel VBA user form controls such as TextBox's, DropDown Box's, TreeView, Button, etc?

I do not believe so, for the most part when I use VBA I use it only to interact the user directly with the Excel doc. So they make changes in Excel and then I use TestComplete to take that information.

Additionally if you are looking to get some general input from the user you can use the BuiltIn options (messagedlg, InputBox, etc) to pull values into the system!

Hi Sateesh, &nbsp; I guess that turning on MSAA in your test project may help TestComplete recognize controls on the Excel form. Refer to the "Using Microsoft Active Accessibility" article for details. &nbsp;
