Error E06D7363 thrown when opening IE9

I am using Test Complete 9.3 on windows 7 VM image and getting the following error when opening a web page in IE9.



External exception E06D7363 



The VM window is opened through remote desktop and is minimized when this error occurs. The registry was changed to add DWORD with a value of 2 as mentioned in help documentation to have it work in minimized windows.

    Hello Kris.



    I'm a little lost here. Are you working with TestComplete on a local machine and the test execution is on a virtual machine?!

    TestComplete is running on a VM. I am logged in to it with remote desktop. This error occurs when the remote desktopn session is minimized.
