Error during long test runs

Hi,

 

From time to time I am receiving the following error:

 

Possible reasons:
1. The device was disconnected.
2. The application prepared for TestComplete is not running.
3. The application stopped responding.
4. The application was compiled incorrectly.
5. An error occurred in TestComplete.

Technical information:
149 0x80020006 (Unknown name.) <----- This part is always the same

It happens only during long test runs (test suites). I can receive this error in any test of any sequence. But when I launch this single test separately, it goes fine. 

 

Do you have any ideas?

  • Try using TestComplete 11.30 - it should solve the issue you have.

        Hi Baxatob,

         

        It’s strange that you see this issue in TestComplete 11.30 as I was informed that a similar one has been fixed in this exact version.

        In this case, please contact our TestComplete Support Team and provide them with your TestComplete project and your tested app (if possible).
