In conclusion, the issue has been resolved.
After reinstalling TestComplete 15.40 around 09:00 today (Korea Standard Time),
The license server is easily connected.
Maybe yesterday from 18:00 to 21:00, regarding SmartBear license check,
I think there was a problem.Thank you very much for your concern.
