We have an active node-locked licence for TestComplete. We need to enter the licence information onto TestComplete, however there are no options to do that. We have options to either activate a new licence or deactivate the current one.
What I'd like to know is, can we deactivate, then reactivate the licence? Or should we uninstall and reinstall TestComplete and enter the licence information from scratch?

If you have truly activated your node-locked license on the machine, and TestComplete is using it, there is nothing more you need to do. I'm not exactly sure what other license information you need to enter.
If you need to move that node-locked license so that you can run TestComplete on some new machine then, yes, you would deactivate the license from the first machine, (create a new product key in your SmartBear Customer Account), and then use the new key to activate your license on the new machine.
