Editting Testcomplete 9.1 from multiple Perforce users

I've got a TestComplete 9.1 Project Suite checked into Perforce. When another user loads the projects it asks for my Perforce credentials. Is there anyway to use different Perforce accounts without having to reassociate P4 credential information?
