not sure if it makes a difference but your link is geared toward web applications and mine is a desktop. when i add the on screen actions wizard and look for clickitem that is not in the list. only click, clickm (for a middle button click) and clickr (for a right button click. i will keep playing around with it and let you know if i come up with something that works but just wanted to provide you with that little bit of feedback in case there is some alternative for desktop apps.
