Does TestComplete support DevExpress Lookupedit control?

Currently, the latest version of TestComplete is ver. 9.20.2460. Its help system doesn't state anything about special support for this control. However, as it is a Windows Forms control, you can try working with it the way the "Testing .NET Applications" article describes.
