Does every user have to prepare browser for Web Testing or just 1 user?

We have multiple windows users that login to a computer. Does only 1 user need to prepare browsers for web testing, or does everyone who will be logging in and creating tests need to do this?

    Excellent question.  I think that it would be safe to make sure that the browser settings are set that way for all users.  This can be handled via group policy, of course.
